You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PatashalaAI and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall PatashalaAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. AI Usage & Fair Use

PatashalaAI provides AI-powered features including but not limited to: AI chat assistants, code evaluation, mock interviews, resume generation, and hackathon challenge generation. These features are subject to usage limits, rate limits, and fair use policies as outlined in our AI Usage Limits page.

AI features consume "AI Credits" based on the complexity and type of request. For example, AI chat messages typically consume 2 credits each, while premium human-assisted sessions (like WhatsApp Expert Support) consume higher amounts (e.g., 100 credits). All AI credit deduction rates, session costs, and usage limits are subject to change at our sole discretion.

You agree to use AI features responsibly and within the limits specified for your account tier. Automated or scripted access, attempts to bypass rate limits, or abuse of AI features may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed before use in any professional context.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
